RxSimpleShare

RxSimpleShare

Members with a Universal HealthShare Program from Universal Health Fellowship can now share prescription drug costs for hundreds of commonly prescribed  medications!  With RxSimpleShare, administered by Liviniti, you can begin sharing your prescription costs at any of the  60,000+ participating pharmacies.

Here’s how it works:

$5 Co-Share

Hundreds of prescriptions are eligible for sharing with RxSimpleShare, including 90 of the top 100 most prescribed medications for a co-share of up to $5 per prescription for up to a 30 day supply. To see the complete list of prescription drugs eligible for sharing, visit http://findrx.universalhealthfellowship.org.

$25 Per Member, Per Month

To ensure RxSimpleShare is a good fit for you, you can access the formulary (the list of approved drugs eligible for sharing) and find participating pharmacies, using the Liviniti website or free mobile app. Please note, to keep costs low, many of the approved drugs are generics.

To sign up, simply call (800) 921-4505 and select option 4. Once you’ve signed up for RxSimpleShare, please note it becomes effective at the beginning of the next monthly billing cycle of your sharing program.
