One of the benefits of signing up for a Universal HealthShare program from Universal Health Fellowship is access to our easy-to-navigate member portal. Your member portal contains your membership card, details on your health sharing program, a health questionnaire, member guidelines and much more.
When your first payment has been processed, you will receive an activation email from us! Open the email and read through it carefully. You will be given a username and a temporary password. Simply click the link in the body of your welcome email, enter the username and temporary password, and then you’ll be in your member portal. Here are some tips to keep in mind:
Log into your Universal HealthShare Member Portal using a computer or mobile device.- When you log into your portal, you will be able to view and print your membership card, fill out the mandatory health questionnaire, and view the welcome booklet, sharing guidelines, and other documents.
- Want to find a provider in your area? Use the Find a Provider feature in the member portal. You can search our database of over 700,000 providers. Search for a provider’s name, specialty, or facility type in the search bar along with a zip code near you.
- To access your UHS Membership ID Card, program details, needs and payment information, click on Membership Card. Under that, you will see other tabs to view more options including Program Information, My Needs, and My Transactions.
It is very important to fill out your mandatory Health Questionnaire when you log into the portal. You will not be able to benefit from your UHS Program until the questionnaire has been completed for every member in your program. Locate the Health Questionnaire tab on the left side of the page.
We typically send notices and new information via email, but in case there is an error with our delivery, you can find updates about Universal Health Fellowship or your UHS Program by checking for announcements and notices by logging into your portal.
