Our Universal HealthShare programs are for individuals, families, gig economy workers, trade workers, and small business entrepreneurs and employees. They all share the desire for affordable health care, and to be part of a community that places high value on individual health responsibility. Universal Health Fellowship membership is open to all who share our Statement of Faith and Beliefs. Eligibility for specific programs may depend on individual health factors, and participation will be open to those who qualify.

To join, simply call 877-987-1233 (option 1) and register with one of our trusted coaches who will walk you through the process. If you are working with an agent or broker, have them call us directly to help you apply for enrollment in the UHS program that’s best for you and your family.
